The Dough Person at Little Caesars is responsible for preparing dough for pizzas and other baked goods in a fast-paced, fun-loving environment. This role offers the opportunity to learn from skilled pizza makers and be part of a team that values hard work and enthusiasm. Paid training is provided to enhance skills and ensure consistency in dough quality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough for pizzas and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in dough quality
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- MUST BE 18 years or older (OSHA)
- No formal education required
- Passion for creating delicious food
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds sacks of dough mix
- Must be able to tolerate being on your feet for 4 hours or more each shift
- Must be available nights and weekends
