We are seeking a dedicated individual for a temporary door person position to provide vacation relief for a period of two weeks. The role involves managing the front desk and ensuring excellent guest services during specified evening shifts.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and greet guests as they arrive.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to residents and visitors.
- Handle phone inquiries and maintain phone etiquette.
- Utilize BuildingLink for managing building operations and communications.
- Assist with any handyperson or porter tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role.
- Familiarity with BuildingLink is required.
- Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette.
Nice-to-haves
- Handyperson or porter skills are a plus.
- Availability for additional substitute hours in the future.
