About The Position
Stay Coordinator (Dog Boarding Attendant) Wyoming Veterinary Clinic Full-Time - Monday-Sunday (Sat + Sun are split shifts - Sat 7a-1p/Sun 7a-11:30am + 5p-6p) Are you passionate about dogs and creating fun, safe, and enriching environments? Requirements
- A love for animals, particularly dogs, and a passion for their well-being.
- Knowledge of basic animal behavior and group dynamics.
- Strength and stamina to interact with active dogs of all sizes.
- A client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and follow directions with or without supervision.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in dog boarding, or customer service
Responsibilities
- Utilizing low-stress handling techniques to care for dogs.
- Performing daily cleaning of kennels, cages, and public areas following disease control protocols.
- Bathing dogs and assisting with grooming needs.
- Communicating with clients to build trust and lasting relationships.
- Documenting updates and keeping the Center Director informed of dog behavior, health, and concerns.
- Stocking and maintaining cleaning supplies and ensuring the environment is tidy and organized.
