About The Position

Provides junior level program management and administrative support to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing program activities. Supports project tracking, documentation, communication, and workflow processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and mission requirements. Applies foundational project management skills to help maintain schedules, monitor progress, and support decision making. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • Active Secret clearance
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in project management, program coordination, or business operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and support cross functional teams.
  • Detail oriented with strong follow through and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting DoD, federal agencies, or large program offices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms).
  • Understanding of basic project management principles, workflows, and reporting structures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring program activities, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Support development and maintenance of project schedules, action trackers, risk logs, and program documentation.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, meeting notes, and communication materials for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and working sessions, including logistics, agendas, and follow up actions.
  • Conduct basic research, compile data, and support analysis to inform program decisions.
  • Assist with tracking budgets, resources, and procurement actions as directed.
  • Maintain program files, documentation repositories, and workflow tools to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Ensure all program activities comply with security, clearance, and information handling requirements.
