About the position

Ted's Hot Dogs is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee operations for 4-6 high-volume quick-service restaurants (QSR) in the Buffalo area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, a passion for customer service, and the ability to lead and develop teams. Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of 4-6 high volume QSRs.
• Coach and teach General Managers on staffing and operational excellence.
• Manage the P&L performance of each store.
• Learn and teach the Company's Brand Standards.
• Instill a sense of urgency and the importance of speed of service among staff.
• Create and manage budgets for the restaurants.
• Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and health regulations.
• Be highly visible in stores and prioritize time based on store needs.
• Interview, hire, train, and coach General Managers and their staff.
• Assist General Managers with cleanliness and organization of their stores.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a District Manager in high volume QSR concepts.
• Proven track record in financial management, staffing, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Flexibility to work any days/shifts as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
