Responsibilities
- Oversee 12-15 locations in an assigned area.
- Execute Casey's strategic initiatives.
- Drive sales across the assigned locations.
- Ensure that Casey's is committed to its mission of being Here for Good.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in retail or food service.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for improvement.
