Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-15 locations in an assigned area
• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives
• Drive sales and ensure operational excellence
• Deliver financial performance through effective P&L management
• Provide training, coaching, and engagement for Store Managers and Team Members
• Adapt to various business scenarios and provide insights to achieve organizational goals
• Foster a culture of coaching, engagement, and teamwork
• Travel to provide a continued presence in stores

Requirements

• Preferred experience in a large or multi-unit environment
• Knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting
• Passion for training, coaching, and engaging Store Managers and Team Members
• Strong knowledge of business acumen and ability to adapt during change
• Accountable for delivering financial performance in the district
