About the position

As a Staff Pharmacist at CVS Health, you will play a critical role in delivering patient care and supporting the management of pharmacy operations. Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations including patient safety, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Motivate and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address development opportunities.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to solutions that drive growth and improve pharmacy performance.
• Implement solutions effectively to achieve specified goals.
• Adapt to changes in a dynamic healthcare environment and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a culture of caring and enthusiasm.

Requirements

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
