About the position

The Disposition Manager at TrueSouth House Buyers is responsible for managing and selling real estate deals while building relationships with buyers and investors. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of technology to efficiently manage leads and close deals. The position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing customer service strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Talk to other realtors and buyers to build relationships and sell deals.
  • Respond to leads and close on them.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and create relationships with investors/buyers.
  • Research and analyze properties using software.
  • Negotiate the best potential price for properties being sold.
  • Add buyers to the list by zip code and perform skip tracing.
  • Source buyers via social media platforms and create email campaigns.
  • Schedule and show properties to buyers, and update the CRM with buyer information.
  • Build rapport and follow up with current buyers, cleaning up the buyers list.
  • Send contracts and agreements to investors and realtors.
  • Call buyers in a one-mile radius of the deal and add realtors with cash buyers.
  • Answer and follow up on phone calls and texts generated by the lead system.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the team.

Requirements

  • Must have business and/or sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Ability to perform intermediate tasks in Google Docs/Suite and/or MS Office Suite.
  • Outstanding written, grammar, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to succeed.
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends.
  • Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service.
  • Ability to manage and lead sales team members by example.
