About The Position
The Dispensary Associate is a part-time role at Ascend Wellness Holdings, responsible for guiding customers through the cannabis purchasing experience. This position emphasizes exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and compliance with operational standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Associates will work between 15-29 hours a week and are expected to maintain a positive and organized store atmosphere while fulfilling customer orders and inquiries.
