About the position

We are seeking a reliable Dispatcher to serve as a communication point for scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles, or equipment. The role focuses on efficient scheduling to enhance productivity and reduce windshield time, while also providing exceptional customer service and support to technicians.

Responsibilities

• Receive requests and transmit messages for scheduling.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers, work crews, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations.
• Relay information such as work orders or messages to and from work crews, field inspectors, and supervisors.
• Ensure efficient and effective scheduling to increase productivity and decrease windshield time.
• Communicate effectively with internal team members and customers.
• Complete quality work in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience in dispatch and phone customer service.
• Ability to multi-task while meeting demands and time commitments.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Exceptional computer skills, including experience with dispatch or construction software.
• Typing skills of 40+ words per minute.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Service Titan CRM (at least 6 months).
• Knowledge of Property Management Portal.
