We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support in the areas of 3PL, transportation management, and supply chain operations. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist customers with order processing, placing service request calls, and resolving any issues related to their orders.
• Efficiently relay the correct information to the main dispatcher.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
• Input accurate information into a formatted system.
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while dispatching information to clients and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the customer service workflow.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Fluently communicate in Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in using software applications related to dispatching, fleet management, or transportation planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service to customers.
