About The Position

David Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Dispatcher/CSR to manage the daily schedules of service technicians and installation teams. This role involves answering incoming calls, booking jobs for the service department, and communicating with customers regarding follow-ups, arrival updates, and scheduling. The environment is fast-paced with a strong emphasis on teamwork, requiring high typing and multitasking skills.

Requirements

• 1-3 years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proactive & accountable
• Self-motivated, fast learner and highly organized multi-tasker with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills especially under pressure
• Team player who is a self-starter and able to learn independently
• Confident in utilizing and learning new software programs
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must enjoy helping and working with others

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Service Titan and HVAC and Plumbing dispatching is ideal (will train for right person)
