Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill is an upscale steakhouse, specializing in hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood selections, signature salads, and house specialties. Responsibilities

  • Execute proper dish cleaning while maintaining a clean station and workspace.
  • Follow proper sanitation protocols.
  • Perform opening duties and closing cleaning duties.
  • Coordinate with other employees and management to ensure high standards of food presentation and execution.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
  • 1 year previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience on a broiler is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
