About the position
As a Dishwasher at Amici, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This position is part-time and requires you to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, and guest-centric atmosphere. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans are cleaned and sanitized to meet the high standards of our establishment. You will also be responsible for completing detailed cleaning assignments for both the interior and exterior of the kitchen as needed. In addition to washing dishes, you will be tasked with emptying and replacing full trash and linen receptacles, ensuring that both guests and team members have a spotless, clean, and safe environment. Keeping the dish machine clean and operational is essential, as is maintaining sparkling clean restrooms and grounds. You will also be responsible for stocking and restocking smallwares to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly. This role requires a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Clean dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, etc.
- Complete interior and exterior detailed cleaning assignments, as needed
- Empty and replace full trash and linen receptacles
- Ensure guests and team members have a spotless, clean and safe environment and equipment
- Keep the dish machine clean
- Load, run and unload dish machine
- Maintain sparkling clean restrooms and grounds
- Stock and restock smallwares
