Dishwashers are responsible for preparing recipes according to standard procedures, stocking and preparing stations for service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of their station. They will also accommodate guest-specific requests and modifications, ensure high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation, and achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have engaging communication skills, a genuine passion and knowledge of menu offerings, a willingness to assist and collaborate within a team, and a great focus on guest service.
