About The Position

The Dishwasher position at The Barrymore Senior Living is a part-time role focused on maintaining cleanliness within the kitchen environment. This role requires a proactive approach to cleanliness and a willingness to assist coworkers with various tasks, including operating the dish machine, food preparation, bussing tables, and running food. The ideal candidate will have a positive and energetic attitude, enjoy interacting with residents, and be physically capable of performing the duties required.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and looks great by maintaining cleanliness and order.
Operate the dish machine.
Assist with food preparation.
Bus tables and run food.
Be flexible and at the service of coworkers.
