About the position

The Dishwasher position at Tumbleweed Restaurants involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen by operating dishwashing equipment and ensuring all service ware is properly cleaned and stored. Responsibilities

• Have complete working knowledge of the operation/use of the dishwashing machine and department sink
• Maintain a working pace that ensures an adequate supply of service ware regardless of the volume of business
• Ensure that all items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in their proper places
• Maintain a level of cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene that meets Tumbleweed guidelines
• Understand and follow all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Perform all side work as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
