Requirements

  • Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Xactimate, Moisture Mapper, and additional systems as requested
  • Ability to create documents
  • Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
  • Ability to work independently and / or with a team
  • Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
  • Ability to work within hazardous environments safely
  • Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
  • Maintain a level of confidentiality
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Frequently will lift up to 60lbs
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle

Nice To Haves

  • Customer Service experience
  • 1 plus year experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schooling

Responsibilities

  • Actively participates in pack outs, inventory, loading, content manipulation, content cleaning, structure cleaning, mitigation assistance and any duty that the contents teams are called out to
  • Packs and securely unpacks client’s property with care and no damage to property or structure.
  • Records a thorough inventory of all client’s restorable and non-restorable items.
  • Takes photos of jobs assigned from start to finish.
  • Utilizing the provided software for daily jobs and keeping up to date with the contents that will be coming and going from the warehouse space.
  • Manages inventory to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
  • Communicates with Contents Project Manager to discuss materials that are needed for them to complete their work on the job.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, accessible and safe warehouse environment.
  • Takes ownership of the security of the building daily.
  • Assisting the Contents Project Manager with job quality assurance and customer service
  • Inputting notes for daily work to assist in communication within the department.
  • Communicate daily with the Contents Project Manager on the state of the warehouse, inventory, daily notes, forms, and any other departmental requirements.
