About The Position

The Director, US RKA & IECP Sales leads commercial strategy, sales execution, and cross-functional alignment across the Independent Eyecare and Regional Key Account channels. This role partners with executive leadership to drive revenue growth, develop go-to-market strategies, and ensure consistent execution across a national sales organization. The position also serves as a key liaison across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, and Legal to support an effective customer experience and operational execution. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership or commercial strategy experience.
  • Experience leading national or multi-region sales organizations within a matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, pricing strategy, CRM systems, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage strategic customer relationships, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and financial acumen skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within the optical, healthcare, or medical device industry preferred.
  • Experience supporting Regional Key Accounts, IECP channels, or strategic commercial partnerships.
  • Strong background in sales analytics, reporting, and commercial program management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies, revenue plans, and sales initiatives across RKA and IECP channels.
  • Lead and develop national sales teams across field sales, inside sales, and account support functions.
  • Drive customer growth, retention, and market expansion through strategic partnerships and consultative selling practices.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, commercial programs, rebate structures, and deal negotiations to support profitable growth.
  • Support product positioning and commercialization strategies across contact lenses, stock lenses, and related programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, and Legal to align business objectives and improve execution.
  • Oversee CRM strategy, sales reporting, KPI tracking, workflows, and analytics to improve visibility and performance.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
  • Lead sales enablement and training initiatives to ensure teams have the tools and resources needed for success.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial governance standards, and contractual agreements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
