The Director, US RKA & IECP Sales leads commercial strategy, sales execution, and cross-functional alignment across the Independent Eyecare and Regional Key Account channels. This role partners with executive leadership to drive revenue growth, develop go-to-market strategies, and ensure consistent execution across a national sales organization. The position also serves as a key liaison across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, and Legal to support an effective customer experience and operational execution.
