As Director Supply chain Analytics within Data & Analytics Platform, you will be leading the Supply Chain Analytics domain across the North America Zone by driving adoption of the L'Oréal Beauty Tech Data Platform (BTDP), delivering data and analytics solutions, developing IT talents, managing partnerships across North America, métiers, and Global Supply Chain Data Domain and IT teams, while facilitating the future vision for Supply Chain & Operations domain. The role manages the internal and external tech talents and resources working on Supply Chain Analytics within the North America zone. As a people manager lead, mentor, and develop team members in your charge. Facilitating collaboration, innovation and excellence while providing opportunities for growth and development within the team. As a key contributor to both Global and Zone strategy for this domain, you will need to be a knowledgeable communicator of Supply Chain Analytics topics across the areas of S&OP, MSC, Fulfillment, and OCS. Leveraging experience of Data & Analytics, Transformation and Change Management you would also play a key role in an ongoing Company wide Data Transformation program. This role requires a strong technical understanding of Data & Analytics technologies and guide the technical and business teams towards high quality and performance solutions. This role also plays a key role in relationship management with various partners. At a local level the collaboration with Data & Analytic peers and business product owner(s), regionally building partnerships with North America teams, and globally linking with central functions such as Global Data Domains, Chief Data & Analytics Office, and Data Factory Team.
