About the position

As the Director of CO2 Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the long-term and short-term strategic plans for the CO2 business in North America. This role involves overseeing the profitability of the CO2 business, coordinating with key stakeholders, and leading business development efforts for new feed gas sources. You will play a crucial role in aligning the company's strategic objectives with operational capabilities and market demands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the 10-year overall product strategy and the 3-year strategic plan for the CO2 business in North America.
• Accountable for the CO2 business profit performance in the US.
• Communicate, coordinate, and align strategic and tactical plans with key stakeholders in Sales & Marketing and Operations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in profit performance and recommend pricing actions.
• Lead the identification, validation, and attainment of CO2 feedgas sources.
• Develop investment cases for new CO2 plants and interface with the Business Development team.
• Manage all CO2 feedgas and finished CO2 product commercial deals.
• Provide business development and sales support on pricing and key commercial terms.
• Lead cost-recovery initiatives for the CO2 business.
• Participate in the Sales & Operations planning process and develop the annual revenue budget.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or Bachelor of Arts in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in complex supply chain analysis.
