Prologis is seeking an outstanding individual to lead and scale our Strategic Deal Desk function that supports the rapid growth of Essential Operations. This role will optimize deal structures, pricing strategies, and profitability while ensuring competitiveness and customer value. You will define "what is a good deal?" and drive strategy to improve deal velocity, profitability, and customer engagement. Additionally, you will build and lead a high-performing deal desk team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a scalable deal desk structure, ensuring cross-functional collaboration across finance, sales, legal, and product teams.
  • Establish pricing strategies, aligning value propositions with customer expectations while maintaining profitability.
  • Partner with sales leadership, product owners, finance, legal, leasing, and tax to work within commercial guardrails and optimize deal structures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for deal structure & execution.
  • Collaborate with leasing stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and pricing trends.
  • Develop custom pricing solutions and revenue-maximizing bundles.
  • Lead a team of deal desk analysts, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities and managing work flow to meet SLAs.
  • Drive process improvements in deal structuring, underwriting, and revenue recognition.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in sales, legal, and executive collaboration for complex deals.
  • Strong business acumen, deal structuring expertise, and pricing mechanics knowledge.
  • Proven leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), analytics tools (Sigma, Tableau), and contract management (CMS).

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in supply chain, warehouse operations, automation, or robotics preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
