Prologis is seeking an outstanding individual to lead and scale our Strategic Deal Desk function that supports the rapid growth of Essential Operations. This role will optimize deal structures, pricing strategies, and profitability while ensuring competitiveness and customer value. You will define "what is a good deal?" and drive strategy to improve deal velocity, profitability, and customer engagement. Additionally, you will build and lead a high-performing deal desk team.
