Responsibilities
Solution Demo to sign 6-month Starter Pack (the first month at no charge)
Responsible for Proposal and Account Management
Responsible for complete Customer Onboarding
Establish process, people, and technology related to sales and onboarding.
Leverage sales and onboarding tools such as HubSpot, and enrich questionnaires, knowledge portal with self-help/training, guides/templates, and workshops.
Requirements
An ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building an executive-level relationship based on trust and respect.
Proven skills in business development and a hunter mentality to convert a prospect to a paying customer within the first 30 days of engagement.
Experience in leading implementation of SaaS solutions, including production stabilization, until the transition of the account to the Customer Operations & Support.
Outstanding communication skills. Comfort in holding discussions at the highest levels as well as details.
