Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver impactful training programs for sales teams, from onboarding to advanced skills development.
  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture within the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to align enablement programs with business priorities.
  • Create development programs that engage and inspire, utilizing various training formats.
  • Ensure training programs are enjoyable and engaging, fostering an exciting learning environment.
  • Define and track key metrics to assess training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to introduce innovative ideas and approaches to enablement programs.
  • Oversee the creation and management of sales enablement content, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop impactful tools like sales playbooks and negotiation guides.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in high-performing sales organizations, with expertise in sales enablement or sales training.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling training programs that drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Experience designing and delivering training for various formats and audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
  • Familiarity with sales technologies and CRM systems.
