We are looking for a Director of Sales to lead our Federal DoD/Civilian sales team reporting to the Vice President of Sales for Public Sector, you will play a critical role in growing revenues, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving strategic alignment across the Federal DoD/IC market. Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic direction and day-to-day management of the Federal DoD/Civilian sales organization.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
  • Ensure business objectives and financial targets are consistently met across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Drive aggressive revenue growth within the existing customer base while expanding new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, techniques, and tactics informed by market analysis and customer feedback to exceed corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create impactful, market-specific materials and strengthen Infoblox's presence at key events and trade shows.
  • Align cross-functional teams-including inside sales, marketing, and channel partners-to create a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management, ensuring a 3x pipeline against quotas, and utilize reporting tools to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor top talent to build a resilient and high-performing team, fostering a culture of urgency, accountability, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Active TS (TS/SCI preferred) clearance desired.
  • 10+ years of experience developing and leading successful sales teams and channel partnerships within IT security or related organizations.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, close high-value deals, and grow market share in the Federal DoD/IC community.
  • Strong track record hiring, developing, and retaining top-performing sales professionals.
  • Hands-on experience building and executing comprehensive sales plans that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in aligning sales strategies with operational and marketing initiatives to optimize performance.
  • Strategic vision paired with a detail-oriented approach to execution and operational cadence.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
