About The Position

We are looking for a Director of Quality to lead and evolve our global Quality organization. In this role, you will shape how we deliver quality, reliability, and trust across our portfolio of connected devices and services. As a senior leader, you will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and Executive Leadership to ensure our products meet the highest standards, from design through delivery and into customer experience. Requirements

  • 8+ years as a Quality leader, ideally within hardware, electronics, IoT, or regulated manufacturing environments
  • Knowledgeable in QMS frameworks, audits, compliance, CAPA, and risk management
  • A strong cross-functional partner, with experience working across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer teams
  • Skilled at turning complex quality challenges into structured, data-driven improvements
  • An effective communicator who can clearly present risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Experienced in managing and influencing external partners, suppliers, and manufacturers
  • A hands-on, accountable leader who combines strategic thinking with a practical, results-oriented approach
  • Demonstrates strong judgment and composure, with the ability to make clear, timely decisions in complex or high-impact quality scenarios
  • Passionate about building strong systems, teams, and a culture that prioritizes quality and continuous improvement
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity.
  • Commitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global Quality strategy, ensuring consistent execution across hardware, manufacturing, and field operations
  • Serve as a key interface with customers and regulatory bodies on quality-related matters
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations to embed design for quality, reliability, and manufacturability
  • Lead the Quality Management System (QMS), including audits, certifications, and ongoing compliance
  • Drive corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes across internal teams and external partners
  • Oversee failure analysis, field quality, and customer issue resolution, ensuring strong root cause identification and sustainable solutions
  • Establish and track quality KPIs, trends, and risk indicators, translating insights into clear actions for the business
  • Influence and collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to meet and exceed quality standards
