The Director of Procurement is responsible for leading and executing LRE's procurement strategy across four core areas: (i) supporting execution projects through the structuring, negotiation, and administration of major equipment supply agreements and EPC contracts; (ii) supporting the Company's growing operating fleet through disciplined, cost-effective purchasing and vendor management; (iii) overseeing corporate procurement to drive cost savings through vendor consolidation, strategic sourcing, and negotiated rate structures; and (iv) managing approximately $1.5 billion of Owner Supplied Equipment, including allocation to projects, drawdown planning, and disposition through third-party sales of equipment not designated for use. This role will build, lead, and optimize a high-performing procurement organization, including developing existing team members, and will work closely with Pre-Construction and Project Management and Operations teams to align equipment strategy with project design, schedule, costs, and logistics. The Director will also lead the development and implementation of enhanced procurement processes and controls to ensure commercial integrity, risk management, and consistent execution across the enterprise. This position manages the procurement function for all Leeward business units.
