About the position

The Director of Omni Performance at Kenvue is responsible for leading the strategic execution of integrated shopper marketing initiatives, focusing on enhancing eCommerce performance through advanced analytics and innovative marketing strategies. This role aims to optimize the online shopping experience and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience that aligns with consumer expectations and technological advancements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic omni-channel marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive eCommerce growth.
  • Drive organic share of voice by maintaining Target's presence and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to assess and refine marketing programs for superior outcomes.
  • Innovate shopper marketing strategies that cater to evolving consumer behaviors and preferences.
  • Cultivate and manage customer relationships to foster loyalty and sustained growth.
  • Pioneer future-focused in-store marketing solutions by capitalizing on emerging trends and technologies.
  • Drive growth opportunities with Target by integrating insights and strategies for market presence.
  • Monitor industry trends and innovations to continuously refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of driving growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience working in a global/regional function and matrix environment.
  • Ability to organize large data sets and derive insights from them.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships internally and externally with a customer focus.
