About The Position

The Director of U.S. Enterprise Sales is responsible for developing and executing enterprise growth strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and acquire new business in the U.S. market. This role leads the work of identifying, targeting, and securing business with large-scale providers and enterprise organizations. The Director will leverage healthcare industry knowledge, executive stakeholder engagement, and commercial leadership capabilities to strengthen Qbtech’s market position, develop strategic customer relationships, and support long-term business growth. The role includes leadership of a high-performing commercial organization and oversight of complex enterprise opportunities and strategic partnerships. Qbtech requires all employees to perform their duties according to the applicable regulatory requirements and international standards.

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, provider leadership, business development, or commercial leadership.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare provider organizations and decision-making structures.
  • Experience engaging executive, operational, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading high-performing commercial or cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic, commercial, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM and business forecasting tools, such as Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to travel as required within the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Drive U.S. enterprise growth strategy and revenue expansion.
  • Identify and secure large-scale enterprise and provider accounts.
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships across healthcare and enterprise organizations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team.
  • Set objectives, processes, and accountability to deliver growth targets.
  • Lead complex enterprise deals and partnership negotiations through close.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with internal teams to support customer success and commercial execution.
  • Translate customer and market insights into strategic growth opportunities.
  • Strengthen Qbtech’s market presence and commercial capabilities.
  • Represent the company in strategic customer engagements and industry forums.
