Reporting directly to the Vice President of Talent and Development, they oversee talent acquisition strategy, internal mobility and pipeline development, university partnerships, offer extension and negotiation, recruitment materials, and new restaurant openings. They provide leadership support for best practices and guidance, while being a trusted partner to teams across our restaurants and home office.
