About the position

The Director of Supply Chain Finance at TIME Manufacturing Company is a strategic financial partner responsible for enhancing the financial performance and strategy of the supply chain operations. This role involves leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while collaborating with operations and procurement teams to optimize efficiencies and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with operations and supply chain objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Lead financial planning processes for the operations and supply chain, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports related to supply chain activities, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of labor, overhead and supply chain costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that financial targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels, ensuring alignment with working capital objectives.
  • Evaluate and monitor capital expenditure projects related to the supply chain, ensuring alignment with long-term company goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operations and supply chain efficiencies, reduce lead times, and mitigate risks.
  • Provide financial expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams to drive effective decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain finance team to achieve high performance and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a supply chain or operations finance function.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and cost analysis skills.
  • In-depth understanding of operations and supply chain processes, including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across functions.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems).
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
