The primary function of this position is to spend time in the field focusing on customer needs, increasing sales territory penetration, networking & lead generation, time & territory management, and evaluating rental/sales and construction market trends. Additional responsibilities and objectives will include rental & sales revenue quotes, supervision & training of Specialty Product Sales/Outside Sales Representatives, establishing and maintaining call reports & itineraries, maintaining budget goals, and making sure territory call and sales objectives of Specialty Product Sales/Outside Sales Representatives are being met.
