About the position

We are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our commercial strategy and execution in the plastic molding manufacturing sector. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing brand visibility while managing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, market share, and brand recognition
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the contract/custom manufacturing industry
  • Make requisitions for personnel, train, mentor, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales team of 5–10 individuals
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage all aspects of personnel decisions, including hiring, coaching, and terminations
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Executive Team on budgeting and strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably with a degree or minor in Mechanical Engineering
  • 8+ years of progressive, demonstrated successful sales and sales management experience in manufacturing
