This role is responsible for promoting and building the Joeris bold promise, mission, vision, and values to employees. The Director of Risk Management will oversee all corporate and project-specific insurance programs, manage broker and carrier relationships, analyze coverage, and monitor insurance costs. They will also review contracts for risk exposure, manage claims, oversee workers' compensation and employee injury management, develop the enterprise risk management framework, collaborate with safety and other departments, and manage surety relationships. Additionally, this role involves financial and reporting responsibilities, as well as leadership and team development within the risk management department.
