About The Position

The Director of Respiratory will be responsible for overseeing the entire respiratory therapy department, ensuring quality patient care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient department operations. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, and the development of policies and procedures that enhance the quality and effectiveness of respiratory care services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Current Arizona State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
• Must have previous experience in a supervisory or management role

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of quality improvement
