About The Position
The Director of Rehabilitation Services (PT, OT, or SLP) will be responsible for the development, management, and operation of both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. This role involves staffing, program development, budget development and monitoring, program evaluation, quality assurance, risk management, and marketing support. The position also requires the Director to be responsible for a defined percentage of patient care on a regular basis. Requirements
- Current license as a PT, OT or SLP in state where hospital resides is required.
- Current BLS certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years in supervisory role preferred.
