About The Position
HealthMark Rehabilitation is an in-house therapy company serving the Skilled Nursing Facility patients and residents of HMG facilities. We are currently seeking a Director of Rehab with PTA credentials to evaluate and treat residents and short-term patients at our Deerbrook facility in Humble, TX.
Requirements
- PTA degree from an accredited Therapy program.
- Current Texas PTA license in good standing.
- Meet physical requirements to deliver therapy responsibilities.
- Experience in a geriatric rehabilitation setting is required.
- Successful completion of hiring process / background check.
- Extensive experience with Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Detailed Oriented is a Must!

- Proven track record related to therapy team management, interdisciplinary engagement, case management, therapy program development.
- Self-driven, highly motivated and energetic individual.
