About the position
The Director of Regional Operations will oversee multi-location operations for a well-established fast-casual restaurant brand in Colorado. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of accountability and exceptional customer service. The position involves working closely with the CEO and leading a team to implement best practices and optimize profitability across various locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multi-unit management teams while fostering a culture of growth and accountability to achieve operational excellence
- Drive sales growth and profitability across multiple locations
- Champion quality assurance, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Drive P&L performance through data-driven decision making and strategic action planning
- Lead financial analysis and implement profit-optimizing initiatives across all revenue streams
- Implement operational standards and best practices
- Conduct regular restaurant visits and provide constructive feedback
- Analyze financial performance and develop strategies for improvement
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and employee engagement
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years current experience as a Restaurant District Manager or Operations Manager in Quick Service or Fast Casual environment
- Proven track record of improving operations, driving sales growth and increasing profitability
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel to multiple locations within the Denver area
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong work ethic and sense of accountability
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
