Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategy to the Prospect Management team.
• Supervise employees to ensure they meet their goals and project timelines.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for Prospect Management aligned with fundraising goals.
• Collaborate with development officers to monitor progress in prospect qualification and cultivation.
• Direct the implementation of quarterly Prospect Management consultation meetings.
• Represent the Prospect Management team in relevant meetings and committees.
• Create and implement Prospect Management system policies and training for staff.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Five-plus years of experience in relationship management, prospect research, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with advancement computing systems and data visualization tools like Qlik Sense or Tableau.
• Experience with relational databases or fundraising software.
• Knowledge of University policies and procedures.
