The Director of Product – Chrysler Brand is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle management of Chrysler vehicles. This role is central to driving sustainable, profitable growth in Chrysler sales and market share. The Director will lead a high-performing team responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities related to vehicle positioning, product plan definition, volume, mix, and target customer. Success in this role requires a unique blend of disciplined execution and creative vision to deliver products that embody the future of the Chrysler brand. The Chrysler Product team defines both current and future vehicle strategies, technologies, and services. Our product vision is grounded in deep market insight, rigorous research, and advanced analytics. At the heart of every product decision is a clear understanding of customer motivations—what drives their purchase decisions, how they perceive the brand, and how Chrysler compares to competitors. This is a highly strategic, fast-paced, and visible role that leads the development of product vision, planning, positioning, segmentation, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, self-starting leader with a proven ability to influence across functions, navigate complexity, and drive disciplined execution. As a results-oriented people leader, the Director will inspire and empower their team to deliver on key priorities.
