About the position

As the Director of Partnerships at DataSnipper, you will spearhead the partnership strategy aimed at fostering alliances that drive growth within the company's ecosystem. This role is pivotal in identifying and managing strategic partnerships, collaborating across various teams to create impactful relationships that unlock mutual value. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and play a crucial role in executing the company's growth strategy in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a core contributor to DataSnipper's growth strategy by identifying new partnership opportunities aligned with the company's vision.
  • Research, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners across verticals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess market potential and strategic fit.
  • Drive partnership pipelines from initial discovery to deal closure, managing negotiations, integration requirements, and onboarding processes.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies for each partner.
  • Lead co-marketing initiatives to maximize engagement and conversions across partner ecosystems.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor partner performance, creating detailed scorecards and optimization plans to ensure mutual success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless onboarding, project execution, and sustained relationship growth.
  • Provide ongoing support as a trusted subject matter expert, guiding partners in leveraging DataSnipper's capabilities to maximize value for their customers.
  • Manage partner relationships to foster collaboration, innovation, and long-term impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in managing partnership programs, preferably in SaaS or B2B technology.
  • Experience in audit, compliance, or financial services is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other enablement tools.
  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
