We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Director to provide operational leadership and consultation for our Chris Kyle Patriots Hospital. As the Operations Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and supporting the facility's treatment program and philosophy.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage vendor contracts for quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support program development and enhancement at Chris Kyle site.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care, aligning with organizational values and policies.
  • Ensure safety compliance and supervise safety elements.
  • Participate in safety plan development, fire safety, hazardous material management, and record maintenance.
  • Intervene in immediate threats and report to relevant committees.
  • Assess facility maintenance needs and recommend actions.
  • Collaborate on risk event support and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, standards, and regulations in policies and procedures.
  • Maintain communication with referral sources, family members, and uphold confidentiality and client rights.
  • Support client rights program and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Uphold confidentiality and patient rights, staying informed about mental health laws.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
  • 2 years direct experience in management, leadership, staff education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
