About the position

The Director of Memory Care is responsible for overseeing the administration of a memory care facility, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the Executive Director. This role involves enhancing community engagement through marketing efforts and maintaining effective communication with staff, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of the memory care building.
• Dedicate efforts to marketing to enhance community engagement and outreach.
• Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely billing and collections.
• Maintain excellent communication with staff, residents, and their families.

Requirements

• Marketing experience.
• Some experience with a Business Office Manager role, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with the Oklahoma Advantage program is a significant plus.
