About the position
The Director of Marketing Strategy at Jaindl Companies/A-TREAT Soda is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies. This role involves creating and maintaining marketing materials, conducting competitive research, and analyzing branding data to enhance the company's market presence. The director will also manage advertising placements and coordinate promotional events while maintaining the company's online presence across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all marketing strategies and implementation of campaigns.
- Create, develop, and maintain all marketing materials including sell sheets, presentations, brochures, and POP displays.
- Conduct competitive research to differentiate the company in the market.
- Establish expectations and guidelines for the company's voice across all marketing collateral.
- Analyze data and trends related to branding.
- Develop branding features such as logos and marketing materials.
- Implement regional target markets through customer polls and analysis.
- Oversee and implement all advertising placements including billboards and magazines.
- Coordinate tradeshows, meetings, and promotions.
- Maintain company websites and social media outlets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of related experience in marketing or graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in digital and print media.
