Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and industry trends
  • Proficiency in housekeeping software and technology
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for housekeeping operations
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the housekeeping department
  • Ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards

  • Implement and maintain efficient operational processes
