About the position

The Director of Growth at Con-Air Industries will be responsible for driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in conversion optimization, media buying, and user experience to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving significant revenue growth and will oversee various marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize and operate revenue channels to achieve target revenue growth
  • Create a conversion rate optimization (CRO) process to facilitate rapid testing and identify revenue-driving wins
  • Manage a multi-million dollar acquisition budget to ensure positive ROI for the direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel
  • Develop an acquisition media plan across paid and performance marketing channels
  • Manage DTC channel P&L to ensure achievement of revenue KPIs
  • Oversee the UX team to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all platforms
  • Manage website operations to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction
  • Develop and optimize comprehensive sales funnels to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Lead affiliate marketing efforts to expand the company's reach and revenue streams
  • Oversee CRM strategies to nurture and grow customer relationships
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Create and manage retention marketing campaigns to improve customer loyalty and lifetime value
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales
  • Implement re-targeting strategies to convert potential customers
  • Map and optimize the customer decision journey to enhance conversion rates
  • Utilize customer segmentation techniques to target and engage specific customer groups
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects to achieve marketing goals
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to drive growth and expansion

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a growth marketing role with a strong track record of driving revenue growth
  • Expertise in conversion optimization, media buying, UX, and site operations
  • Strong understanding of funnel creation, affiliate marketing, CRM, social media, and retention marketing
  • Proficiency in email marketing, re-targeting, customer decision journey (CDJ), customer segmentation, and audience building
  • Experience in influencer marketing, project management, team development, pricing, and MARTECH
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in analyzing website data and insights using tools like Google Analytics 4, HotJar/Smartlook, VWO, and various ad platforms
