Responsibilities

  • Teach and inspire your team to exceed the expectations of every guest that arrives to the hotel.
  • Anticipate the needs and desires of guests and others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Engage and work cooperatively with other departments, exemplifying strong teamwork.
  • Resolve conflicts and setbacks as opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements

  • Hospitality management education and/or appropriate level of on-the-job training.
  • Two years’ experience as a Front Desk leader.
  • Strong customer-relation skills with a total commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to lead a team of Front Desk clerks and provide direction.

Nice-to-haves

  • Opera or Lightspeed knowledge.
