About the position

The Director of Foundation and Corporate Relations at Calvary Hospital is responsible for designing and developing proposals to support clinical research activities. This role involves identifying and determining appropriate strategies for securing support from corporate, foundation, and organizational sources, contributing to the hospital's mission of providing palliative care to terminally ill patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop proposals to support clinical research activities.
  • Identify and determine strategies for corporate, foundation, and organizational support.
  • Prepare proposals seeking funds from corporations and foundations.
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Conduct research to identify potential funding sources.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Development and Fundraising.
  • Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent research skills.
  • Strong track record in preparing proposals for funding.
  • Knowledge of corporations and foundations that support healthcare.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with computer research tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
