We are seeking a highly strategic yet hands-on Senior Director of Enterprise Data & Platform Architecture to lead the evolution of our enterprise systems, data platforms, and integration strategy across a rapidly scaling, acquisition-driven organization. This role sits at the intersection of: Enterprise Architecture Data & Analytics Business Systems M&A Technology Integration Operational Scalability The ideal candidate is an operator-builder who can bridge strategic architecture vision with deep execution capability. You will lead the design and integration of scalable, platform-first environments that enable visibility, operational efficiency, and growth across GTM, Finance, Product, Customer Experience, and Operations. This is not a governance-only architecture role. We are looking for someone who can actively simplify complexity, modernize fragmented ecosystems, and build enterprise-grade foundations in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in: Enterprise Architecture, Data Platforms, Business Systems, Integration Engineering
  • Proven experience scaling systems in: High-growth SaaS, PE-backed environments, Acquisition-heavy organizations
  • Demonstrated experience integrating multiple acquisitions or business platforms.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of: Salesforce / HubSpot ecosystems, Netsuite / DealHub / Subskribe, Data warehousing and analytics platforms, API integrations and middleware
  • Experience building operational reporting and enterprise visibility platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise-wide strategy for: Data platforms, Business systems architecture, Integration frameworks, Analytics infrastructure
  • Drive standardization and modernization of fragmented systems across Business Units.
  • Lead technology and data integration for acquisitions and newly onboarded businesses.
  • Establish repeatable integration playbooks for: CRM consolidation, ERP harmonization, Data migration, Identity and reporting standardization
  • Rationalize overlapping systems and reduce operational complexity post-acquisition.
  • Build enterprise-grade data foundations enabling cross-functional visibility across: GTM, Finance, Product, Customer Operations
  • Design scalable reporting and analytics frameworks supporting executive decision-making.
  • Drive data quality, governance, lineage, and operational trust across platforms.
  • Partner closely with: Product leadership, Finance, Revenue Operations, Engineering, Security & Compliance
  • Act as the architectural bridge between business strategy and technical execution.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing architecture, data, and integration teams.
  • Turn technical debt into scalable operational capability.
  • Evaluate build vs. buy decisions across systems and platforms.
  • Establish scalable operating models supporting rapid organizational growth.
